'Our Why'
To inspire and support people
to develop their infinite potential

Relationship Led Practice

Our ‘Relationship-Led Practice’ was created from our understanding that significant learning and development only happens in the presence of secure, positive relationships.

Cultivating Curiosity

We cultivate curiosity in our team with all aspects of learning and development. We have invested in a lending library that allows our team to explore subjects they are passionate about and encourages them to continually develop their skills.

Values Based Decision Making

Our core values help us to articulate to our team, customers, learners and stakeholders what the company stands for and clarify the identity of the company.

Human Leadership

Everyone can be a leader! It does not come with position or rank within an organisation, it is about the characteristics of individuals and is something that can be learned.

ACE Aware & Trauma Informed

We believe that ACE-Aware Nation is not an exclusive brand of TIGERS and Connected Baby but an inclusive movement, with many voices.

Promote & Support Wellness

We are invested in the whole wellbeing of our team and wish to create opportunities to focus on our relational, social and emotional, physical and nutritional wellness.

TIGERS' Employability programmes are designed to support individuals in their journey to gain employment regardless of age, location or specific barriers to employment

Lullaby Lane Nurseries

We have created a nursery which specialises in attachment led childcare for children aged 0-5 years old, the most important years of a child's life. Our nurseries are located in Westerton and Milngavie.

TIGERS deliver a wide range of Modern and Foundation Apprenticeship programmes to meet the needs of the Business Skills, Construction and Early Years sectors

ACE-Aware Nation

Our goal remains helping every single citizen of our country to better understand the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) and trauma. There are only 5 million of us in Scotland. We can do this.

Workforce Development

TIGERS are committed to supporting our partners workforce development strategy through the delivery of our training and development programmes.

Mentorship Programmes

Building an inclusive network of leaders who are passionate about the development of our future female leaders by creating connections which provide mutual learning for both mentor and mentee, through shared insights and experience
