Education Services Director, Dell Technologies
Lorna Watson has spent 12 years in various leadership roles at Dell Technologies and is currently an Education Services Director supporting a team of Training Managers and Trainers based around the globe. Lorna has occupied a number of people manager’s roles in areas of Dell’s services business such as the Technical Support function before moving into the Learning and Development team.
Prior to Dell, Lorna spent 10 years as a retail manager in a number of sales, customer service and internet shopping functions for supermarket chain Asda, having joined them back in 1996 via a graduate retail management program
Lorna has an honours degree in Psychology from Glasgow University and a number of coaching and business management qualifications. She is married to Brian, has two teenage sons and lives in Bearsden, Glasgow.
