Employability Fund is a National Training Programme funded by Skills Development Scotland to up-skill, develop and support Young Persons wishing to access sustainable employment or further education.
There are 2 parts to the Employability Fund programme. Part 1 is training based in a dedicated centre and Part 2 is a work placement with one of TIGERS’ employer partners. During work placement trainees will receive “on the job” training and development to further enhance employment prospects and gain sustainable employment.
The aim of this particular course is for you as the learner to gain the skills needed to work within the Business Sector, we will do this through enhancing your Business Administration Skills and Customer Service skills through a diverse range of quality and interactive training.
