Our ‘Relationship-Led Practice’ was created from our understanding that significant learning and development only happens in the presence of secure, positive relationships. We understand that we can only take risks, adventures, get creative, if we operate from a secure base (attachment). We create working and learning environments that focus on the psychological safety of our team, learners and partners. Our attachments help us to cope in moments when ‘sabre tooth tigers’ (stress/fear/deadlines/financial reviews) present themselves.
We put relationships at the core of our training delivery, leadership, collaborations and strategy.
We are creating a wider attachment community for all our team and learners, where people feel emotionally safe, respected and valued. Our approach is one of non-judgement, inclusion and acceptance, to support people to find approval and recognition of themselves. We believe that we must start with the adults present in the lives of children and young people. We cannot ask our team to offer nurturing environments and relationship, if they do not feel nurtured themselves.
We invite our team to bring their whole self to work, with the knowledge that we are committed to supporting our team with all aspects of their professional and personal development.
