In 2008 Phoenix Group were approached by TIGERS to offer relevant and quality work experience opportunities for young people progressing within TIGERS employability training programmes.
Phoenix Group have always demonstrated a commitment to Investment in young People and were impressed by the business like approach of TIGERS. As a business the opportunity to create work placements were beneficial to both the young people and ourselves as we were able to evaluate the young people and their suitability to our business prior to offering employment. TIGERS understood the importance of creating young people who could become our talent for the future and standards expected of all employees.
