How do TIGERS deliver their Modern Apprenticeships?
TIGERS work closely with both the employer and modern apprentices to maximise the learning opportunity of the framework and through our Relationship Led Practice model will provide one to one support to allow the candidate to successfully complete their Modern Apprenticeship and if possible progress to the next level of the framework. TIGERS hold regular off the job training sessions for our Modern Apprentices to expand upon their knowledge of the sector, enhance your CPD and give you the best opportunity to sustain or progress employment within their sector. TIGERS IT suite and training academy is always available for all MA candidates to use if they require support for any aspect of their Modern Apprenticeship and you can always count on a member of the TIGERS team being around to answer any queries.

There are over 70+ Modern Apprenticeship frameworks available in Scotland and all are funded by Skills Development Scotland which means it is a great option for employers when it comes to recruiting for their workforce.
